How buying from us works
Four clear steps, starting with a free sample. Nothing is quoted until you know the product works on your water.
Free 1 kg sample + COA
Tell us your application, water source and current coagulant. We send a 1 kg sample and its COA. The sample is free; you cover the courier fee.
Jar test
Compare our PAC with your current product at several doses. See our jar test guide.
Quotation
We quote for the grade that worked, your quantity, packing, Incoterm (FOB, CFR or CIF) and destination port.
Order & shipment
The batch is checked against its COA before loading. Shipping documents are sent with the shipment.
Packing
- 25 kg woven PP bag with PE inner liner (standard for powder)
- Other bag sizes and jumbo bags on request
- IBC totes or drums for liquid PAC
- Palletised and shrink-wrapped on request
- Neutral packing or your own label
Payment & terms
- Payment by T/T (bank transfer). The deposit and balance split is agreed in the quotation.
- Prices are quoted per order. We do not publish price lists because grade, quantity, packing and freight all change the price.
- Lead time is confirmed in each quotation.
Before you pay: always confirm our bank details by email with shaobo@nuochengtrading.com. We will never change bank details in a casual message.
